What are the limitations on color output size?

On our color laser copiers, the maximum output size is 12"x18". On our large format inkjet printers, the maximum output size is 120" wide by any length.

What is your typical turnaround time?

Typical turnaround time for large format inkjet jobs (greater than 12"x18") is 8 hours.

Typical turnaround time for color laser output (8.5"x11" up to 12"x18") for quantities less than 100 is 4 hours.

Turnaround times may increase or decrease depending on the quantity and/or size of the job. We will try our best to meet your deadlines.

What file formats can you accept?

Reprografia supports files created in the latest versions of Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe PageMaker, QuarkXpress, Macromedia Freehand, CorelDraw, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. We can also accept PostScript, EPS and HPGL/2 plot files from other applications. Applications usually have some type of Export/Print to File feature which will let you save to these file formats.

What types of media do you accept?

Reprografia accepts files via CD, DVD, ZIP/100/250/750, USB flash drive, 3.5" floppy disk, SuperDisk. Of course, we also accept files via email and FTP.
