There are a variety of ways you can get your jobs to us. Choose the method that's most convenient for you.

Email

There are a few things to remember when emailing us your job files.

  • Always archive your files with a compression utility such as Winzip or Stuffit.
  • Compressed file size should not exceed 10 MB.
  • In the body of your email, please give all specifications for the job to be printed, including size, stock to be printed on, number of originals, number of copies, pen widths, and any other details pertinent to the job.

FTP

FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol. An FTP client is software that is designed to transfer files back and forth between two computers over the Internet. It needs to be installed on your computer and can only be used with a live connection to the Internet. No matter what operating system you are using, there is an FTP client for your needs. Below are some links for FTP clients. Please note that they are not necessarily free, but are well worth the small investment if you plan on transferring a lot of files over the Internet.

After downloading and installing your FTP client, you will need to obtain an username and password from a Reprografia representative. Once you have this information, you are ready to start transfering files. Begin by entering the address for the Reprografia FTP site:

Miami: ftp://ftp.reprografia.com

Ft. Lauderdale: ftp://ftp.reprografia.com

Coral Gables: ftp://ftp-gables.reprografia.com

West Palm Beach: ftp://ftp.reprografia.com

Then enter your username and password in the appropriate fields. You should be able to hit Enter/Return to finish the login process.

Web Order Form

Submit jobs to us over the web with our handy web order form.

Digital Printing Service (DPS)

For customers who frequently email plot jobs but don't have an account with Reprografia, we have provided some easy-to-use DPS Client software to expedite the file transfer and printing process. With DPS Client, you can send your architectural plot files directly to our server 24 hours a day, for printing from any of our four convenient locations. Please note that when you use DPS to transfer your files, your job will not be printed until you arrive to pick it up.

DPS currently works under the Windows operating system only.

ReproMAX DFS

Another great option is to transfer your files to us with ReproMAX DFS, our powerful online document management solution that will forever change the way you do business. With a customized virtual planroom powered by ReproMAX DFS, you can view, search, order, and distribute your plans from any internet-capable PC in the world. Plans are non-alterable, and highly secure.

Local Pickup

If you live in the southeast Florida area, you can arrange to have your job picked up and delivered by one of our professional drivers. Give us a call!

Dropoff

Finally, feel free to bring your job by one of our four convenient locations in person. We can make copies from your hard copy originals, or from CD, DVD, Zip or Jaz disk.
